SUPPLYING DISCS

When supplying advertisements on disc please ensure all relevant information is included.
Discs accepted are CD/CD-R/CD-RW (650mb), DVD (ROM or RAM),Iomega Zip Disk (100mb)

ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION

All copy instructions MUST include:
• URN number (unique reference)
• Client name
• Publication date
• Advert size


ADS accepted via email ONLY if they are JPEG, PDF, complete artwork only.

We prefer files to be transmitted via ADS (Art work Delivery Service) soft ware. If this soft ware is used, the fonts are embedded in the EPS file and will print successfully even though fonts are not held on our output devices. We can also accept Adfast files via www.adfast.co.uk over the internet as pdf files.

THE SUPPLIERS OF FAILED ADVERTS WILL BE CONTACTED AND ASKED TO RE SUBMIT THE WORK IN THE CORRECT FORMAT.

ISDN AND DISCS

Because of copyright laws relating to fonts supplied to a third part y,we cannot accept ads supplied by the following methods -

• Please do not send fonts
• Under no circumstances will we illegally load
fonts to reproduce art work • We will not accept electronically transmitted files unless they have their colour in CMYK eg: no embedded RGB .les are Pantone colours

APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED

Adobe Acrobat PDFs accepted and preferred.
QuarkXpress 6.0 and below, Photoshop 7.0 (files must be CMYK). Macromedia Freehand 10 (all fonts must be converted to paths), Illustrator files accepted (all fonts must be converted to paths and images embedded), EPSs TIFs, JPEGS.
If supplying in another format please contact sales person. All files with be flight checked and non conforming files will NOT be used.
